Supernova is looking for an Art Director & Designer to bring bold creativity to life across branding, social content, digital campaigns, and immersive experiences. You’ll lead design direction, concept development, and execution for client and internal projects ranging from social media content to full-scale brand identities and motion-first experiences.

This is an in-office role based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, working closely with our Creative and Production teams to ensure all design work aligns with client goals, brand narratives, and emerging trends.

Art Director & Designer Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Define and execute high-level design direction for client and internal projects.
• Brand Identity & Concepting: Develop logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines for Supernova’s clients.
• Campaign Design & Art Direction: Oversee the end-to-end design process for digital and social-first campaigns, collaborating with content creators, strategists, and motion designers.
• Motion & 3D Collaboration: Work with 3D designers, animators, and AI-powered tools to create immersive and cutting-edge content.
• Social & Digital Content: Design high-impact visuals for Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), Discord, and other platforms.
• Web & Interactive Design: Create UI/UX elements for brand websites, 3D web experiences, and interactive digital campaigns.
• Client Collaboration: Present work to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine creative assets based on strategic objectives.
• Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging design trends, AI tools, and generative content to bring fresh ideas to the table.
