Supernova is seeking a full-time contractor based in New York City to join our team as a Project Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure seamless communication, delivery, and execution across all campaigns.
In this role, you’ll combine organizational excellence and creative expertise to manage project deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring every campaign meets client expectations while reflecting Supernova’s ethos of speed, flexibility, and creative firepower.

Responsibilities
Client Communication & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, professional, and consistent communication.
- Lead regular check-ins, updates, and progress reports to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.
- Manage client feedback and approvals, ensuring a streamlined review process.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Oversee resource allocation and team workflows, coordinating between content creators, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality results.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address potential blockers.
- Partner with leadership to ensure alignment on scope and resource needs for each account.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring alignment between strategy, design, and production.
- Define and optimize workflows tailored to client-specific needs to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify and implement best practices for integrated projects.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide post-project analysis, including key takeaways and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Notion, and Slack.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows, including content creation, design, and digital campaign development.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Experience managing integrated projects across multiple channels, including social media and digital deliverables.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, resolving challenges and maintaining client satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience managing large-scale, integrated projects or demonstrated experience as a Project Manager / Account Manager in a creative, advertising, or marketing agency is preferred.
