Supernova is seeking a full-time contractor based in New York City to join Supernova as a Content Creator for our Crypto/Web3 client’s social channels (X, Meta, TikTok).
In this role, you’ll lead the creative vision for social-first campaigns. This includes making sure deliverable aligns with client objectives, resonates with target audiences, and elevates Supernova’s reputation as a creative powerhouse.

Content Creator Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Strategy:
- Brand DNA mapping, craft visual identities, content themes, and overarching creative strategies that align with both client aspirations and Supernova’s ethos.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to define goals, audience insights, and brand differentiation.
- Conduct a competitive analysis and audit existing content and marketing assets to identify strengths and gaps
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the art direction and design of monthly micro-campaigns, evergreen assets, and trending content.
- Work closely with our content production teams to create visuals and multimedia, ensuring content is visually engaging and ties back to brand identity.
- Creative workflows to deliver 360° social campaigns that include graphics, videos, and written content across four content pillars: trending, announcements, educational, lore/community.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Collaborate on A/B testing visuals and refining creative outputs based on performance data and audience insights.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio of platform-specific work for X, Instagram, and TikTok, including design, motion graphics, generative AI, and writing.
- Understanding of emerging technology, blockchain-based ecosystems, CT, and immersive storytelling within crypto and Web3 spaces.
- Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary creative teams, with experience balancing strategic and aesthetic considerations.
- Ability to ideate and execute both short-term, trend-focused micro-campaigns and long-term brand campaigns.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Midjourney, and LumaAI (Dream Machine and Ray2).
- Familiarity or experience within the advertising/creative studio world.
